In our Suuntasi substance abuse services we offer outpatient-based addiction treatment, where the patient and their individual needs are at the core of everything we do. We meet each person with respect, considering them as a whole, and support the client in finding the most effective solutions for their well-being and life. We primarily offer opioid substitution therapy and other outpatient drug treatment services in the Helsinki metropolitan area and Pirkanmaa region.

Our opioid substitution therapy units are located in Helsinki, in conjunction with the Ruusulankatu housing unit, and in Vantaa, with locations in Koivukylä and Myyrmäki, all easily accessible by public transport. In addition to opioid substitution therapy, we offer in-home detoxification and home-based outpatient care for residents of the Western Uusimaa and the Vantaa and Kerava well-being areas.
We have two outpatient drug treatment clinics in Tampere. In Tampere, patients can choose which clinic they would like to use.
